Boronia Radio Controlled Car Club

As was agreed between all F1 drivers at the start of the season a review of current class rules with respect to hop-ups has been conducted after 4 weeks racing. The meeting of all drivers on February 11th has resulted in the following hop-ups being approved for immediate use within the class:

1. Steering Turnbuckles - Any brand

2. Aluminium Heat Sink (motor side only? - AT to confirm) - Any brand

3. Oil Filled Shock - Any brand

4. Double-sided servo mount - Any brand

The hop-ups are restricted to those listed above however remain optional for all racers. Changes to stock servo savers to accomodate the new turnbuckles are also accepted.

Testing of rear diffusers by Tom is continuing to see if there is any impact on performance. This will be reviewed again in four weeks time (round 8).
